Lady Andromeda's Galactic Court: SD Image Collection This is another really cool SD image archive.
Tatewaki Kunou's Macross Art Gallery This is one of the best Macross galleries I've ever seen.
Rei Ayanami's Image Archive This is a great Evangelion image archive, focusing around Rei... although they have lots of pictures of the other characters, too.
Nagisa Kaworu no heya This is a wonderful Kaworu image archive. It has both screen captures and fan pictures.
My Page This is a really nice Evangelion page.
Anime MASTER This page has several picture galleries, and a multimedia section. Definately worth your time.
